Sociabuild is operated by Sociabuild Ltd, registered in England and Wales. These Terms govern your use of sociabuild.com and all associated services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. By using Sociabuild you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at tom@sociabuild.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use Sociabuild only for lawful purposes in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or in violation of any connected platform's terms of service.
When you connect social media accounts you authorise us to act on your behalf via those platforms' APIs. You remain solely responsible for all content posted through Sociabuild and must comply with each platform's own terms of service.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Free trials begin on registration. At trial end your account reverts to free tier limits unless you have subscribed. Trial terms are as stated at the time of registration.
Sociabuild's content, code, design and branding belong to Sociabuild Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sociabuild Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that period.
You agree to indemnify Sociabuild Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time via settings or by emailing us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
We will give at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
