Sociabuild provides access to social media platform APIs on your behalf. By using our service you agree to comply with this policy, our Terms of Service, and the terms of every platform you connect.
2. Permitted Uses
Schedule and publish content to your own social media accounts
Manage content for client accounts where you have explicit authorisation
Use AI tools to draft, repurpose, and optimise content
Monitor analytics and engagement for connected accounts
Manage inbound messages and comments on connected accounts
3. Prohibited Uses
Illegal or harmful content
Content that is illegal in England and Wales or the jurisdiction of your audience
Content inciting violence, hatred, or discrimination
Content that exploits or endangers minors
Defamation, harassment, or targeted abuse
Platform policy violations
Violating Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or X terms of service
Using platform APIs beyond the scope of your approved application
Scraping or harvesting platform data beyond API permissions
Spam and inauthentic behaviour
Sending unsolicited bulk messages
Artificially inflating follower counts or engagement
Using bots to simulate human engagement
Coordinating inauthentic behaviour across accounts
Security and integrity
Probing or testing vulnerabilities in Sociabuild or connected platforms
Introducing malware or malicious code
Reverse-engineering or extracting source code
Sharing account credentials or API keys with unauthorised parties
Misrepresentation
Impersonating any person or brand without authorisation
Posting misleading content designed to deceive consumers
Creating fake reviews or endorsements
4. Meta API Specific Requirements
As a user of Meta's Graph API through Sociabuild you additionally agree to:
Use Meta platform data only for social media management purposes
Not sell, transfer, or sublicense Meta data to any third party
Not use Meta data for advertising targeting or data brokering
Delete Meta data promptly upon user request or account disconnection
Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies in full
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, reporting to platform policy teams, reporting to law enforcement where required, and legal action where applicable.
